Order Packaging
We understand the need for privacy and we have a strict privacy policy that we follow to the letter. This is why all of your orders are shipped in plain packages with no indication of what product you have ordered.

Shipping
Most of the orders placed before 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day. However, it may take up to 48 hours in some cases to process your order.
If you live in the continental US and choose:

• Standard Shipping - Orders will be sent out by UPS GROUND, which takes 3-7 business days for delivery after we send it out.
  
• Express Shipping - Orders will be sent out by UPS NEXT DAY AIR, or USPS EXPRESS, which takes 1-2 business days for delivery after we send it out.
  If you live in a country other than the United States:
  
• Standard Shipping - Orders will be sent out by USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL, which takes 2-5 weeks for delivery. Longer delivery is caused by the need for Local Customs in your country to clear the product.
  
• Express Shipping - Orders will be sent out by USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL, which takes 3-10 business days for delivery. However, Local Customs may delay the delivery in rare cases
